    Wow, the huge difference in management style between the OGE camp and Riis. I get the feeling that Riis is a little bit of an intellectual bully (I know, impressive induction from 2 minutes of video), and I reckon I would continually feel inferior in his presence. Surely you want your team to feel like they’re in control? Compare to Matt White or the Sheriff!
