Tour Down Under Wrap Up

Andre Greipel took his 11th ever win on the final stage of at the Tour Down Under to kick off his tremendous start to the 2012 WorldTour season. It’s one less than McEwen’s record of 12 wins which may very likely to be broken since this is Robbie’s last professional race on Australian soil.

Tour Down Under - Stage 5 Willunga Countback!

What an exhilarating stage up Old Willunga hill and a massive day for the fans. I had tipped Valverde to win the stage but I didn’t expect Gerro to be so close behind (only a few inches). If he had held off a few meters before starting his sprint Gerro would be the clear winner […]

Tour Down Under Stage 4

Today Oscar Freire showed everyone that he’s still got the goods with today’s difficult win. Australian National Championships - What A Race!

A massive congratulations to Gerro and GreenEDGE. Ten years after he won his U23 National title on the same course, Gerro is once again Australian Champion. He’s won the Sun Tour twice, the TdU, a stage in each Grand Tour, Plouay, the Tour of Denmark, a SKCC crit a few weeks back, and now one […]

Bay Crits | Stage 4

For the second time in four days Caleb Ewan did what no one expected. The young 17yr old out-sprinted a select field of seasoned pros and showed that he’s one of Australia’s most promising future stars.
