Is This Legal?

I haven't heard of Cav being fined for bunny hopping across the finish line in Stage 13 of the Vuelta, but I'm guessing UCI officials were frantically digging through their rule books trying to find which regulation had been violated.



It's great to see Cav bringing some spark and showmanship back into the peloton. This sport is taken far to seriously sometimes. Imagine if the UCI got a hold of American Football?
