For my 40th birthday celebration I treated myself to one of my guilty pleasures – a mountain bike stage race. But this wasn’t just any mountain bike enduro. It was held in Alice Springs and features 200 competitors from all over Australia riding some of the most unique trails I’ve ever seen.
