If you’ve never seen Law & Order, you’re missing out on Lennie Briscoe, fictional NYC detective and apparent Cadel Evans fashion inspo at the unveiling of next year’s rather extraordinary Tour de France route. Frankly, Briscoe’s dry quips would be at home in cycling, be it interrogating Vino’, watching the various governing bodies flounder, or staring wistfully at a mangled derailleur.
