USADA Reasoned Decision and Affidavits of Cyclists in Report on Lance Armstrong

Now I asked in the other thread but with so many comments it is hard to pick, but is it normal for these documents to be released before they have been reviewed by the appropriate bodies (WADA/UCI/USPro Cycling) ?
I don’t remember any of the Contrador stuff coming out until the appeals for CAS were lodged

This is all quite extraordinary. What a terrible foundation for a sport. It reminds me of a ‘sport’ that we all laugh at- Body Building. Those pumped up freaks are exactly the same as what is being described in the affidavits above.
This annoys me- forget Armstrong- scrap the lot of them and start again.

I always believed that Lance doped but just thought of him as being just like everybody else in the peleton, he was a product of his time. Having read the affidavits, its clear he was the guy that was not only pushing it to extremes himself, he was effectively forcing others to do it to support him effectively then attacking anybody that put his master plan at risk. He is not a victim of that period in cycling, he was the victimiser, the man pushing cycling and its participants to new doping depths. I once believed there was no point stripping him of his results because he was like everybody else, but he was clearly worse. He is a despicable man and his results deserve to be struck off the history books.
