Contador wins Milan-Turin

Alberto Contador won the oldest race on the Italian calendar, Milan-Turin, yesterday with a powerful attack one kilometre from the finish at the summit of the final Superga climb into Turin. Italy’s Diego Ulissi (Lampre-ISD) finished second, Fredrik Kessiakoff (Astana Pro Team) was third, with Joaquim Rodriguez (Katusha Team) fourth.
