Congratulations to Simon Clarke for becoming only the second Australian in history to win a mountains classification in a grand tour (Matt Lloyd winning the 2010 Giro), when he secured the jersey at the Vuelta a España. He said, "I'm not a climber, I'm an opportunist." Not bad considering he won stage 4 as well the hefty competition he faced from the Spanish in their home Tour.
