Mt Lindesay
By Nicholas O'Donnell on April 14, 2012
The climb up and over Mt Lindesay is one of the best cycling experiences you can have in south-east Queensland and northern New South Wales.
Throw in a sixty-odd kilometres of the Lions Road which includes a lung-busting, knee-crunching 1km section at an average of 19% and you’ve got one of the most beautiful, challenging 120km loops anywhere in Australia. Do it in the company of ten like-minded souls and you’ve got a cracking way to spend a day on the bike.
