The Muur

One of the most icon monuments of Ronde van Vlaanderen has been the Muur van Geraardsbergen or the infamous chapel on top of the hill surrounded by Flandrien fans. The Muur has been featured in the Tour of Flanders since 1950, unfortunately in this year's edition it was omitted. This little hill top is frequented by both keen cyclists and tourists on a daily basis.
