Tour of Flanders

The 14th Sunday of every year marks the start of Ronde Van Vlaanderen (Tour of Flanders). The race started in 1913 and was won by Belgian Paul Deman. Consequently, the race has been won by Belgians on 67 occasions during its history. Additionally only ten riders have won both the Tour of Flanders and Paris Roubaix in the same year. The last to do was Fabian Cancellara in 2010. Tom Boonen had achieved the same feat in 2005. Pictured here is Eddy Merckx on the Koppenberg in 1977. Who will take the honours this year ?
